For the third time Kaichi travel represented the Altai region at ITB Berlin – the world’s leading travel trade show. In 2019 the fair has retained its status of the biggest travel event in the world – a total of 10,000 companies and organisations from 181 countries exhibited their products and services to around 160,000 visitors, including 113,500 trade visitors. 

We really enjoyed these 5 days. Meeting old friends and making new acquaintances, having negotiations with old and (hopefully) new partners and talks with public visitors and sharing experiences with tour operators from other regions of Russia – all these activities gave a boost of positive emotions, inspiration and new ideas for developing our business.

ITB Berlin has a great significance for us, we have found our current, good and reliable partners when we took part in 2017-2018 and are sure will make new partnerships this year. We had promising negotiations with companies from Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Germany, France and India. Many of them have heard of Altai and are going to widen their programs to include trips to the beautiful Altai region.

For many of the visitors on Saturday and Sunday, we just opened a new place on the world’s map and all of them were convinced Altai is a very beautiful and attractive region and they will come once.
